After going through my own personal struggles with food, stress, control, guilt and eating issues- I realized that my body was trying to get my attention and that I was often resisting intuition and flow by way eating my feelings. Food was my emotional release and my emotional calmer. As an intuitive empath who is highly sensitive to the energy of others, I had to navigate my way through several chapters of life and many years of anxiety, guilt and fear.

As a mother, I also understand the significant changes that take place through and after childbirth and how deeply the body and being transforms.

I am also able to support those individuals who are sensitive to EMFs and to Environmental Factors that are resulting in increased anxiety, depression and overwhelm.

I have created this 6-week mentorship program for those who are deeply aware that they are shifting and transforming into a light body and want to learn to navigate this transition.

My philosophy is one of balance, wholeness and deep authenticity. When it comes to nutrition, carefully and mindfully exploring all of our energy systems as a whole is necessary. I integrate self-exploration, human potential, holistic nutrition and spiritual principles into my sessions. 

 

WHY?

Because it’s never really about the food. Food is one of the ways for us to replenish our bodies with vital life force energy. 

My personal practice is one of balance and peace and rooted in the healing power of plants. I infuse my own experience and wisdom into everything I do- mentoring from a place of truth and authenticity is most important to me.

Grace, harmony and inner freedom is rarely talked about when it comes to nutrition- BUT THEY ARE THE VERY GROUND OF OUR CURRENT HABITS AND BEHAVIORS.

 

During our 6 weeks together, we will explore your deepest desires, your questions, your behaviors and your current lifestyles. We will discuss easy to implement rituals, strategies and foods that can replace current ones for optimal results. We will also discuss spiritual principles, criteria for calm and nature-based healing.

HOW WILL WE WORK TOGETHER DURING THESE 6 WEEKS?

We will discuss how you would most prefer to work together. Some of my clients prefer phone and some prefer web chat. We will custom create our 6 weeks based on what feels most right and meaningful to you. I will let you guide our 4 weeks together (while making suggestions). Our 6 weeks together may consist of a weekly webchat (or phone chat) with specific goals and intentions for each call. We will customize our weeks together- each week being based on your intentions and preliminary details. I will also be available for you throughout the 4 weeks via email and text for any questions you have. I will also ensure you have access to the people, resources, meditations, and tools that I feel may be a good fit for you. We will co-create a plan that feels right! 

 

MY BACKGROUND

I am certified as a clinical nutritionist, spiritual guide, yoga instructor, pilates instructor, reiki practitioner (and MOM!). I have a degree in Biomedical Toxicology as well as my MBA. I am also the author of BEAUTIFUL MONEY (Penguin Random House).  I have been studying with world class mentors for decades and there is nothing more rewarding to me than helping others rise in vibration. I have been mentoring for over 20 years and look forward to supporting your transition to highest self living!
